To all of our beloved friends, “cousins” and guests, we want to thank you for your support and your patience as we searched for - and found - our new home!
In the past 8 weeks, we have undertaken extensive renovations of the beloved old Saddle-up Steakhouse, turning it into our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We have moved “downtown,” but have made extensive efforts to maintain - and even build upon - many of the touches that folks enjoyed most in our old location, including a beautiful new game room, a wonderful outdoor sitting area with games and firepits, a lovely dining area - in our humble opinion, we have created a fitting home for our a world class dining experience.
One of new additions is that we will be open one day per week for a drop in, tapas-style format, with wine and beer by the glass, so stay tuned!
We look forward to having you all join us and see our new home, even if just for a quick tour and to say hi. We hope to be open within just a few days.
